Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your Seaster jewelry as much as we do. If something isn't quite right, here’s how we handle returns and exchanges:

🛠 Returns

We accept returns only for defective or damaged items. If you receive a faulty product, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos and a description of the issue.
We’ll assess the problem and arrange a solution — either a replacement or refund.

🔄 Exchanges

We accept exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for an exchange:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition

  • All original packaging must be included

  • Exchanges are subject to availability of stock

🚚 Shipping Costs

  • Shipping for returns or exchanges is at the customer's expense

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we can’t guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking

❌ Non-Exchangeable Items

  • Custom pieces or personalized items are final sale and not eligible for exchange or return

  • Sale items are also final sale

Email us at hello@seaster.co with your order number, photos (if applicable), and reason for return or exchange.
We’ll get back to you with next steps within 2 business days.
